Sadly, this is the time of the year when I literally get nothing done for a few weeks because I just don’t have much time to myself. Dance recital, softball games, end-of-the-year scout activities and student concerts means a few weeks of insanely packed schedules. Not that I’m complaining, it’s just an inevitable fact that in the winding down of the school year, we need to put aside personal projects to make sure all the loose ends are handled.

So it’ll likely be a week or two before I get back to what I was doing. That being said, I didn’t want to go without at least sharing a minor update or two, and to post something praising my kids. This past weekend was my daughter in the spotlight with a beautiful job at South Buffalo Dance Academy’s performance at Kleinhann’s Music Hall in Buffalo.

And along with her performance was that of Riley Scutt, her good friend and fellow dancer.

So for a wonderful job, thank you, girls, and well done! We’re very proud of you!

After a great show!

Also, thank you, Kelly for a nice date night on Saturday evening!
