Please hold... your email is important to me

Ok. I know I've been bad about getting back to a number of people with emails lately. I'm really sorry, but a big part of it has been me literally being inundated with mail - and amazingly, it's not SPAM that's the problem. It's the sheer volume of mail I've been getting from students needing information or access to the tools to do their work.

I made the decision in the last month that I needed to get a handle on the sheer volume of mail I've been getting, and finally I am. I'm switching over to Mozilla's Thunderbird mail program because the filtering process is FAR easier to use than any other processing system. So I have to ask you to be patient a bit longer as I try to filter my mail.

If I've missed something from you, please let me know. I'm not ignoring you, but I've got a lot to filter and I have to start from the top (and it makes more sense to do it alphabetically, so I have a lot to do). I'm also moving all my old mail over so that takes time as well.

Just give me a few more weeks and it shouldn't be a problem anymore for me, but in the mean time, just email me a second time if you don't get me the first. I'll have it straightened out soon, I promise!
