You know what I can't stand? The cold. It makes me angry. And the worst part is that my mom likes things cool. Especially at night. When she's asleep. Meanwhile I and my fish are in the next room over debating how we can possibly move to Florida in the shortest amount of time possible. I mean, I understand, extreme heat isn't much fun, but still. Tell me, someone, why my mom has to keep the house at 58 degrees at night? Why not just open up the windows? There's no point to having a heater that you don't USE.



Sorry, I'm just upset. I think my fish is, too. I usually look over in the morning and see him swimming admidst miniature ice burgs... this week when I cleaned his tank I actually found a little shipwreck at the bottom with the word Titanic engraved on it. Someone want to explain THAT to me?



So anyway, it's cold around this house. My mom's usual respose (wear more layers) isn't helping. Usually in my office (which is located in the basement) is around 50 degrees. And my mom wonders why I don't do much to help out with the laundry. Oh well, I suppose in a week I'll feel better, when I'm in a dorm room that's a comfortable 70 degrees, with my humidifier running and {thong} what the heck is this giant METAL thing in my basement... it has little flames inside... OH MY GOD, IT'S THE HEATER...
